They explain this on their site - going direct means no retail markup. Big box stores would add 40-50% to the price. I actually prefer ordering direct, arrived in 4 days to Texas.

@Sarah Just spray it on, let it foam and expand for 10-15 mins, then rinse. The foam clings to vertical surfaces really well. Works great on shower glass and sinks too!
Is this safe for septic systems? We're in a rural area and can't use most commercial cleaners.

I'm in Phoenix and have the same issue! The foam actually dissolves hard water deposits - I was shocked. Let it sit for 30 mins on really tough buildup. The orange ring is finally gone after YEARS.
